The innate abilities you have are gifts from God, and they are often a hint to what God desires you to do. You may have innate gifts in the area of leadership, handling money, singing, fixing things, or any number of other areas such as cleaning the floor. Use whatever gifts you have been given to bring honor and glory to God. Then you will be right where you need to be to discover the will of God for you and to accomplish the purpose for which he created you.
