DoubleTree by Hilton hotel has a big swimming pool and superb fitness facilities. Attendees can bring their families, leave their younger kids with FCCCPC's Kids' Care Ministry, and avail of the opportunity to listen to God's word through the powerful Speakers during the Convention. In the afternoon or evening, after the Convention, they can enjoy with their families at the Swimming Pool or they can just relax at the Lounge with their Brothers and Sisters in Christ. They can also do their daily exercise at the hotel's superb Fitness facilities. They do not have to subject themselves to the after-office traffic in going home and coming back to attend the Convention in the morning.

(Members of FCCCPC: Please encourage your Brothers and Sisters in your Community, your friends, relatives and your officemates to plan on attending the Convention and enjoy with their families at the same time for three days, from September 7 to 9, 2012 at DoubleTree by Hilton hotel, for a very minimal cost.)

There are fine dining restaurants in the Hotel: Italian, Chinese, Japanese and also a traditional restaurant. There is a Tim Hortons across the hotel, a Swiss Chalet and a Kelsey's Restaurant nearby, among others.

All reservations must be received at the hotel by August 6, 2012. After this date, DoubleTree Hotel will charge attendees with the standard rates (no longer the discounted rates).

E. PAYMENT METHOD: A personal cheque, received by the hotel 14 days prior to arrival, money order or valid American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner Club /En Route or Discover Card number with expiration date, is acceptable. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit is refundable, if notice is received at least twenty four (24) hours prior to arrival and a Cancellation No. is obtained.

There are no in and out privileges except for registered overnight hotel guests, with validated tickets. Validation time starts at time of entry into the parking facility..
G. HOTEL LOCATION PROCEDURE: If DoubleTree by Hilton Is unable to provide a guest room to an event attendee holding confirmed reservations, the hotel will provide for eachattendee, for the night the attendee is not accommodated.
1. Arrangements for accommodations at a comparable nearby hotel and payment for the night's accommodation.
2. Free transportation for attendee to and from hotel.
3. Priority reservation for the first available room at hotel the next night.
4. One (1) 5-minute phone call and necessary arrangements for forwarding of the displaced guest's telephone messages and mail.

H. HOTEL OF CONDUCT: Attendees should adhere to all Hotel policies and laws that govern the operation of the DoubleTree by Hilton - Toronto Airport.
