The FCCCPC Grand Assembly last September 9, 2017, held at the Canada Christian College, commenced with a vibrant and active praise and worship by the El Shaddai Music Ministry. Bro. Lito Parone and Sis Ning Serrano-Kwan presented the Ground Rules accompanied by the parade of banners of all members of the community. The Assembly focused on the theme "Renewal of Commitment and Unity". Bro. Don Quilao talked on Renewal of Commitment, Christian Unity and Witnessing the Power of God (Prayer for Healing). Finally, Fr. Ben Ebcas Jr also talked on Renewal of Commitment and Unity and presided the Holy Mass.
The kicked off in the afternoon with a round of hair-raising, heartfelt, upbeat, and lively praise and worship directed by the Light of Jesus, Canada Music Ministry. Their songs encouraged praising and worshiping God. Everybody kept dancing led by the El Shaddai community and clapping and praising God while they sang from their heart, lifted hands and waved their hands. Everyone closed eyes and jumped around in overwhelming joy of God's unrelenting love.

Here I am to praise you

Love is patient, love is kind..... Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always hopes, always perseveres. The Bible.

I am loved.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28

I will praise you as long as I live

FCCCPC Grand Assembly Highlights

Bro. Don Quilao, Head Servant, shared about Topic 1: Renewal of Commitmentn. He defined the need to renew our Commitment to the Lord what God wants to be one. New hope and increased commitment, and renewed vision are the things that the community of God needs today. He shared that a disciple,s commitment to God must be his priority.

Bro Don, giving Topic 2: Christian Unity shared with the assembly that God desires UNITY/SOLIDARITY among His people, As he emphasized the meaning of John 17:11-22 have given them the glory that You gave Me, that they may be one as We are one.

Fr. Ben Ebcas, our spiritual adviser then gave Topic 3: Renewal of commitment and Unity. He reiterated the beauty of what JESUS CHRIST says! "I am the Vine. You are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing."(John 15:5) It is in Christ alone that we can really bear much fruit, Fruits that will nourish us in our personal and collective journey, Fruits that will sustain us in times of trials and tribulations What is the most intimately unifying and harmonizing activity/event that will bring us together? THE HOLY EUCHARIST.
Finally, Fr. Ben Ebcas Jr.. then celebrated the Holy Mass. Bro Don then proceeded with Topic 4: Witnessing the power of God / Prayer for healing.
Praise and glory to our great God for a very successful Grand Assembly was revealed. Indeed, as mentioned in our Assembly Prayer, working together in unity within the bond of love and peace, one body and one Spirit, we can do great things for the glory of God!!!!

Peace be with you.

On behalf of the FCCCPC leadership, I sincerely thank you all for the support and labour you all so selflessly gave for the success of our First General Assembly yesterday, March 23, 2014. Without your dedication, commitment and all-out participation, this event would not have achieved the success that it did. The praise and worship and the music in the Holy Mass led by the Loved Flock Community was indeed amazing and very uplifting., The life testimony of Bro. Mario & Sister Joy Osuna is not only very inspiring but a proof of the unconditional love of God for us., Our 2 beautiful MCs, Sisters Minda Pilien & Imelda Martinez were astounding., The registration, the grouping and the surprise gift giving led by Sister Teri Gutierrez and the Holy Family Prayer Group during the fellowship was indeed a great initiative in knowing each other., The TAHO courtesy of Sister Jeanette Rosales attracted the young and the young once even before the event started., The unceasing love and service of our Media Head, Bro. Tony Pilien who works 24/7 and never get tired of covering and documenting all our events was very evident., Our PRO, Sister Riza worked well in coordinating all the Mass servers., Our Spiritual Advisers; Deacon Bob Rosales & Deacon Alex Masongsong who are always there to guide us., The message of Deacon Carlos Nogueira about unity and the homily and sharing of Father Ben Ebcas were very nourishing especially in this season of lent. Wow, I don't know what word will I use to thank the Joy of the Lord Family headed by Bro. Ed de Grano and those who helped in the venue and foods preparation. Your unconditional love and service to God and to our Community - FCCCPC is remarkable. And, to everyone who in one way or another prayed and helped - THANK YOU VERY MUCH! God knows all of you and for sure He will bless you all even more.
Let us all praise and thank our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ, who is one with God the Father and the Holy Spirit, for the bequest of gifts & vocation in our communities. May we appropriate all these gifts to the Glory and Honour of God the Father in Heaven and for further unity among us.
May the Lord Almighty continue to bless and sustain you, your loved ones, your communities, and your ministries.
