If we want to become disciples, we need to to obey by walking with the holy spirit. He will teach us how to appreciate and rejoice in the wonderful gifts. God has given us without falling to pride, and arrogance or lording ourselves love other people.

Lord, I know that I cannot do anything without You. With You beside me, I am content and at peace. I need not fear or worry when faced with problems and difficulties for You are my fortress and strength. May I always fall on my knees, clasp my hands and look up to You at all times that I may never be separated from Your grace. Lord, may we not only read and hear Your word - May we also listen and apply it in our daily life. May we internalize Your 2 greatest commandments and let it be our guiding principle in everything we say and do - to love You with all that we are and to love others as ourselves. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen
